Overview
Sendero Midstream was formed in March 2014 by members of our management team and Energy Capital Partners (“ECP”), which together with affiliated funds, is a private equity firm with over $13 billion in capital commitments that is focused on investing in North America’s energy infrastructure. With this capital support, Sendero is seeking to acquire and develop North American midstream energy infrastructure, primarily including:
- Gas and crude oil gathering pipelines
- Long haul pipelines
- Truck, rail and barge assets
- Compression facilities
- Gas treatment & processing
- De-ethanization & NGL fractionation
- Condensate handling & treatment
- Crude oil and NGL storage & terminals
- Marketing & logistics
Sendero management has the industry knowledge and expertise to successfully build and operate midstream assets. Developed through many years of experience working within midstream and upstream Majors, the team exhibits a full range of capabilities including engineering, construction, operations, commercial, and project management.
