Responsibilities

SUMMARY

Perform administrative duties for the President/CEO and maintain most corporate records of the Bank.  Maintains constant communication with customers, Internal Staff, Board Members and Shareholders.     

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Completes projects and assignments assigned by the President/CEO.
  • Serves as the face of the President/CEO’s office, greeting clients and others entering the office.
  • Makes travel arrangements and develops itineraries.
  • Manages the President/CEO’s schedule making appointments and meetings.
  • Serve as Secretary of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
  • Prepare documents for monthly meetings and upload to portal. Maintain permanent record of board activities.
  • Pay bills, taxes and reconcile accounts for the CNB Bancorp. holding company.
  • Maintain stock records for the holding company and set up payments of dividends. 
  • Responsible for monthly and annual Bank Director compensation.
  • Assist overflow of customers in New Accounts as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned

     

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High School education or GED
  • Experience in professional working environment
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
