
Responsibilities
Perform any combination of the following: • accounts payable • accounts receivable • bank reconciliation • expense reports • credit card reconciliation • deposits • fixed assets • tax returns and forms • invoicing on various platforms • payroll journal entries • budgets • data entry of day-to-day activities • verify accuracy of input • reconciliation of accounts • other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• knowledge of accounting and general bookkeeping • skill to use personal computer and various software packages • knowledge of office procedures, methods, equipment • knowledge of inventory control procedures • ability to effectively and professionally communicate with both internal and external customers • high school diploma or equivalent • minimum five years’ experience
