Lucy's Mexican Grill Opens at Cascades

Carlsbad, NM - January 2017 - Lucy's New Mexican Grill has opened at the Cascades at Carlsbad. The restaurant, owned by regional business owner Lucy Yanez, This is the third restaurant Lucy has opened in Carlsbad, and the first eatery located at the developing Cascades.

The concept behind Lucy's Mexican Grill is to offer new dishes not served at the other Lucy's restaurants. It is an upscale option, featuring a full liquor selection as well as music on certain occasions and fine dining along the Pecos River.

The Cascades at Carlsbad will offer over 650,000 square feet of space for retail, restaurant, and office use. It is an open air market place currently under development. A family entertainment center is planned for the anchor to the center.

Lucy's joins Anytime Fitness at the Cascades, which opened its doors in October of 2016.
